    Owner:
McClung Realty, 45 Spring Street, McClung Building, On wall of building, & outside wall of Sidewalk Pizza, Eureka Springs, Arkansas 72632
    Remarks:
The reliefs are at separate locations, with the first three at the Sidewalk Pizza restaurant on 47 Spring Street, and the remaining lion's head on the wall of the McClung Building on 45 Spring Street. They were originally part of the facade of another building which stood at the same location, the Rosewater-Ellis Building, built around 1900, which was gutted by fire in 1931 and razed by McClung in the 1970s. The Sidewalk Pizza wall was constructed in 1974 and the McClung Building was built in 1978, including the rescued reliefs from the older building into Joe McClung's design. Another relief from the building is located at McClung's house. The lion face on the McClung Building was heavily damaged and restored by Don Underwood. All of the pieces were stored in an inappropriate manner after the building was razed and suffered from the elements and neglect. IAS files contain detailed dimensions.
