    Description: 
    Standing figure of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. (1929-1968). He wears a long clerical robe with wide sleeves over a shirt, tie, and trousers. In his proper left hand he holds an open Bible. His proper right hand is raised in front of him as if he is speaking. Figure is mounted on an inscribed base.
