TICKELL, DESIGNER AND CONTRACTOR (Plaques on all four sides of the base list the names on the honor roll for World War II.) unsigned
Description:
Sculpture consists of a four-sided marker with plaques on each side, topped by a round bowl, out of which rises a lit torch. Eagles are perched at the base of the bowl on all sides of the marker. The areas below each eagle are decorated with stars and insignias the United States American Legion, Veterans of Foreign Wars and two American Veterans insignias.
