    Description: 
    Two flagpoles placed symmetrically in front of Capitol building. The poles stand 50 feet tall and are set in cement foundations surrounded by marble. The bases are bronze and are nine feet in height. Decorative reliefs on base include: the Missouri State seal, an American eagle and representations of the four seasons.
