An illuminated sculpture on east wall of the building's lobby is adorned with text transcribing the responses of many Portlanders to the question, "How do you feel about living in Portland?" Embedded in the work are three hexagrams of Yi Jing, an ancient Chinese script that is based on the different arrangements of Ying and Yang.
