H. 26 in. Diam. 18 in.; Base: approx. H. 40 in. Diam. 4 ft. Inscription:  (On plinth:) Kemeys/Sc signed Description:  Two standing eagles face outward from opposite sides of sculpture. In the other two quarters are shield and flag groups. The top of the sculpture is a globe, circled by a star-studded band set at a forty-five degree angle to the vertical line of the work. The sculpture is supported by a basin on a column which forms the fountain component. Subject:  Homage -- Noble, John W. Captain Robert R. Stevens, United States Army, supervised the landscaping project, and it is suspected that he may have designed the fountain portion of this piece.
