    A bald eagle with white and brown feathers, yellow claws, beak, and eyes, stands perched on a gold foil covered bar with its wings outstretched. The eagle is set on a wooden shelf above the main entry to the library.

    Remarks: 
    Donated by the artist when the Library-Recreation building was built. Dell H. Fox was the architect, the Sofarelli Group was the general contractor, Richard C. Tabbutt was the site contractor, and Nelson Engineering Associates were the engineering firm. The building where the eagle is located was dedicated on April 28, 1990. IAS files contain a transcription of nearby plaque.
