    Description: 
    Six relief medallions inset on the facade of the building and a metal starburst lightning rod placed atop the building's dome. The medallions at each end of the building depict a male figure with a cap and glasses. From left to right, the other medallions are: a chef tasting food; a woman sewing; a man drawing Curley School; and another man with a looking glass examining a specimen.
