    Remarks: 
    The cross was first installed at the Sun Devil Stadium for the mass said by Pope John Paul II on September 14, 1987. After that, it was moved to its present location. Schuff Steel of Phoenix, Arizona donated the materials and all the work was done as volunteer work by the Schuff Steel employees.
