The totem, which now stands near the Lakeside Gallery, was loaned to Australia for its bicentennial celebration in 1988. Nearby plaque reads: SKASITEL/TURHUNBAY SADIKOV/JUNE 1987/MADE DURING A/SOVIET-AMERICAN/EXCHANGE PROGRAM AT THE/LAKESIDE STUDIO/LAKESIDE, MICHIGAN USA/SPONSORED BY/LAKESIDE GROUP. IAS files contain a related flier from the Lakeside Studio.
