This piece is a combination of two styles of art: the googie style and the abstract style with the interpretation of a red cardinal bird perched on a tree branch. Three Cor-Ten beams, which hold the entire piece together, stand straight up and branch out into trees surrounded by stainless steel ovals. Depictions of animals and insects from a forest, such as frogs, butterflies, and dragonflies are incised on surface of the Cor-Ten beams.
