    Neptune rides a porpoise with his proper left leg forward and the foot on the porpoise's back. His proper right hand holds a trident near the fork's end, with his proper left hand at mid-shaft. The porpoise's body is twisted into an S-shape. Neptune and the porpoise ride turbulent waves atop a cubic pedestal.
