Following the curve of one side of the park is a concrete strip, which bisects a wide curving brick pedestrian pathway, and on which is placed 12 settees and 12 light fixtures. The settees are cast concrete and designed for seating on all 4 sides as well as on top. The lights are composed of cast concrete columns seated on brick bases and topped with brick capitols on which rectangular box like fixtures sit."
