Remarks:
Commissioned by the State of New Jersey, through the Public Building Arts Inclusion Act of 1978, with the New Jersey State Council of the Arts, Division of Building and Construction, N.J. Building Authority and Department of Environmental Protection. IAS files contain a brochure which includes the artist's statement on the piece and identification of the photographs and individual photographers. Jim Bratt of Fotolithics did the transparencies for the stencils; William Heisserman of Wood & Stone coordinated the photosandblasting of the granite slabs for the pavement; John Bowes and Ralph Daudet were the engineers who prepared the structural drawings; Hoagland's Landscaping & Garden Center executed the planting and rock placement; and Ray and Bob Reali of Salvatore Contracting built the work.
