    Description: 
    A male figure, wearing shorts, belt, T-shirt and boots, squats on the base, which is a cast iron ship's mooring bollard, and holds the legs of a young child sitting on his shoulders. Child has no shoes on, wears shorts and tank top, reaches up and holds a gull over his head by the feet. The gull has wings outspread.
