Description:
A nude boy rides on a seahorse in the ocean. A wide-brimmed hat hangs down the boy's back. His proper right hand is upraised and he holds on to the seahorse with his proper left hand. A pattern of sculpted waves surrounds the figures and there is a banner of text along the front. The sculpture stands on a plain tapered base within the harbor.

Gift of the people of Puerta Vallarta, Mexico, Santa Barbara's sister city. Access to the sculpture is somewhat limited as there is a fence around the back of it and water in the front.
