Description:
A sculpture in a fountain with a nude woman kneeling, draped only to her upper thigh, strumming a harp with both hands. She has long hair that rolls into a curl down her back. The harp has a goat's head at the crown. The sculpture is mounted atop a base in the center of a circular basin of the fountain. There is a plaque on the rim of the basin.
