Description:
Landscaped urban plaza lined with trees. Circular in shape, the plaza is about 4 feet above street level and accessible by a ramp and stairways. The stone laid at ground level is arranged in square, geometric patterns with variation in size and color. A large central trough brings water along a straight line into a semi-circular basin.

Remarks:
This work is a redesign of an existing plaza which was a gift of the Hamm family to the City in 1959. The fountain was added in 1968. Funds for the renovation were provided by the St. Paul Companies.
