    Remarks: 
    The title comes from a line in Emily Dickinson's poem "There Came a Wind Like a Bugle" about a summer storm. The sculpture commemorates the tornado that tore through Springfield in 2011. The artist created a paper model which was computer scanned to create the model for production.
