    Provenance:
Formerly located Whidbey General Hospital, 101 North Main Street, Coupeville, Washington 98239
    Remarks:
Michael Park designed and created the sculpture with the assistance of Charles Talman. Material costs for the sculpture totalled approximately $500. Funds for the sculpture were raised through local donations. When the hospital expanded in 2001, the sculpture was moved away from the entrance and closer to the road. In June 2016 Whidbey Health Medical Center (formerly Whidbey General Hospital) razed the sculpture due to deterioration of the internal armature and crumbling of the cement surface. IAS files contain copy of artist's sketch, a 1970 Whidbey Press article, an unidentified local newspaper clipping, and an article from the Whidbey News-Times (Coupeville, Washington), June 25, 2016 describing the removal of the sculpture.
