    Description: 
    Larger-than-life full length male figure standing on a plinth decorated with a lotus-blossom design. The figure wears a short tunic and holds a lion cub in his proper right arm. He has long hair and a braided beard. Figure stands on a concrete base, with bronze plaque and rosettes.

    Remarks: 
    Statue was unveiled at Artworks Foundry, Berkeley, CA on May 5, 1985 and at Annual National Convention of the Assyrian American National Federation on September 3-7, 1987. IAS files contain related articles from the San Francisco Chronicle and the San Francisco Examiner and have copy of the inscription on the bronze dedicatory plaque.
