    Layered round sculpture with hole in the center. Through mathematical calculations, the piece is designed to create the phases of the moon. The hole allows light to pass through.

    Remarks: 
    Sculpture was executed through the College's Artist-in-Residence program. It is designed to create phases of the moon through mathematical and scientific calculations. Students assisted with the sculpture. Participating faculty members were George Arguello and Pierre Gonzales (Drafting), Joseph Padilla (Physics), and Candido Ortega (Welding). IAS files include a progress report from the artist.
