Six brightly colored cut out shapes of cars placed on a U-shaped concrete arc. Starting from the west, the cars are colored yellow, green, blue, black, white, and red.

Developed as part of the One Percent for the Arts program, the sculpture was commissioned by the Community Redevelopment Agency, Art in Public Places program. The sculpture cost $100,000 and was funded as part of the Bunker Hill Redevelopment project. The artist's design was approved April 1984 and an additional $13,000 was allocated for site improvements.
