Installed Summer 1978. Digital Reference:  Medium:  Sculpture: painted Cor-Ten steel; Base: poured concrete. Dimensions:  Sculpture: approx. 40 x 6 x 6 ft.; Base: approx. H. 47 in. Description:  Zigzag, lattice-like vertical sculpture, installed on a triangular base in a circular pool of water. Subject:  Abstract -- Geometric Ethnic -- Indian -- Cheyenne Object Type:  Fountain Outdoor Sculpture -- Texas -- Houston Sculpture Owner:  University of Houston, Ann Garrett Butler Plaza, Houston, Texas 77204-4891 Remarks:  Commissioned by the University of Houston through its Percent for Art program. Originally conceived and fabricated as a fountain; however, it was discovered that the Cor-Ten steel and the copper tubing used for the fountain's plumbing were incompatible materials.
