    Description: 
    Full-length nude female figure standing on top of roof of a public utility building. Figure's head is turned to proper left; she wears a crown of lightning bolts. Figure holds a sheaf of lightning bolts in both hands; proper left arm is raised above head; proper right arm is bent at the elbow, shoulder high. Figure stands on toes with legs together.

    Remarks: 
    Incoming SOS! report indicated that sculpture was loosely modeled after "Diana" on top of Madison Square Garden. William Warren was responsible for the inclusion of the sculpture into the overall design of the building; Sigmund Nesselroth was the principal architect. IAS files contain related articles from Magic City News, January 1985, pg. 16; Alabama Power Company, Powergrams, July 1925, pg. 10-11; July 1926, pg. 16-17, 27; and pamphlet, "In Celebration of the Restoration of Alabama Power Company's 1925 Tower."
