Inscription:  (At bottom of relief:) SAOIRSE signed Description:  Bronze bas-relief plaque depicting two young children. On the left is a young boy. He wears a long jacket, shirt and trousers. A bag hangs from his proper right shoulder. He plays a penny whistle. Seated on his proper left in the distance, is a young girl. She wears a scarf wrapped around her head. The Statue of Liberty is in the distance on the right side of the relief. The relief plaque is mounted to a polished red granite panel which is mounted on the side of a brick column.
