Description:
A life-size figure of Dr. J, Julius Erving, in the process of jumping to "make a basket." His feet are off of the ground; his proper right leg is bent 45 degrees and his proper left leg about 20 degrees. His body is stretched and reaching upward toward the "basket" (not visible). His proper right arm is straight up and his proper right hand palms the basketball. His proper left arm is straight out to the side for balance.

A stone plaque to the rear provides list of sponsor names. (Names not included on 1993 SOS survey.)
