Remarks:
Granite for the sculpture came from the Gill Granite pit in Gorham, New Hampshire. Centennial Park is also known as Horne Field Park. The sculpture was commissioned by the City of Berlin with the aid of an National Endowment for the Arts NEA City Spirits grant. IAS files contain detailed description of installation. IAS files contain copy of related transcript from David Ruell's "The Public Sculpture of New Hampshire", Concord: New Hampshire Historical Society.
