Inscription:  STATE OF GEORGIA/The union as it was - The Constitution as it is (Upper left and upper right corners:) Morehouse signed Description:  The stone is carved in relief with an emblem depicting a military figure standing beneath a columned portico that is draped with banners incised with WISDOM JUSTICE MODERATION. Above the portico, a semicircular band around the tympanum is incised with CONSTITUTION. Above and below this emblem there is an incised inscription by the State of Georgia. The stones were donated by states, cities, towns, organizations, individuals, and foreign countries in honor of George Washington. The State of Georgia donated the stone, which is located at the 50 ft. level.
