ELAINE LINGREN M. ELAINE LINGREN MCCHESNEY signed Description:  A U-shaped stele with mosaic paintings commemorating World War I, World War II, the Korean War, and the Vietnam War. Ground was broken on Loyalty Day in April 1988. The cost of the sculpture was $12,118. The monument was erected at the site of a memorial fountain after the close of World War I.
