A kinetic sculpture consisting of four circles arranged vertically in descending sizes, one within the next, bolted together at their "tops" so that the second, third, and central circles rotate within the stationary first. The largest circle, an iron hoop originally part of a haying rake, is supported by rebar planted into the ground and secured by guy wires. It rests atop a tree stump, hedged by two pale grey rocks. The smaller circles are made from iron wheels of a lumber wagon.
