    Description: 
    Rectangular high polished black granite wall, attached to a polygonal tower, also of polished black granite. Polygonal tower has a giant "V" topping a memorial statement and two columns of 57 names representing those dead or missing from Delaware County in the Vietnam War. The adjoining wall contains an acid-etched design of three soldiers' silhouettes, and two silhouettes of helicopters. On the rear face of the wall, inscribed near the top, are the five symbols representing the United States Armed Forces.
