Installed Dec. 1, 1979. Digital Reference:  Medium:  Concrete, painted white. Dimensions:  Approx. H. 22 ft. x D. 9 in. x Diam. 18 ft. 2 in. Description:  A white abstract sculpture comprised of three flat wing-like shapes that join in the center. Each wing is symbolic of progress - past, present and future. The three shapes each have a prong projecting upward and a prong projecting downward. The lower prongs serve as feet for the sculpture. The sculpture is sited in the center of a pond. At water level, a concrete ring surrounds the sculpture. At various points on the ring are nozzles which spray water.
