    Remarks: 
    Morissette Park was originally called Riverside Park. It was renamed in Oct. 1934 in honor of Mayor Ralph J. Morissette, who was instrumental in establishing the park. The park was a work relief project for which the State provided most of the funds. IAS files contain a related article from the Advance-News (Ogdensburg, New York), Nov. 9, 1934, pg. 4.
