    Description: 
    Two pair of granite figures on a building. The first pair flank a clock which rests on the corner of the building. The pair are half-length nude figures; the one on the proper left is female, the one on the proper right is male. Each has an arm resting on the ornamentation surrounding the clock. The male holds a knot of heavy rope in his proper right arm. The bottom of each figure merges into foliage ornamentation which surrounds the clock. The second pair of figures stand atop the corner of the building and flank a flagpole. The pair are classically-styled full-length figures and stand on either side of an over-sized shield; each rests an arm on the shield.
