    Description: 
    A winged dragon, sitting upright on its haunches with its feet close to its body and its wings partially spread. Its body and legs are covered with feathers, its body has scales on its underside. Its legs are gold. Most of the body is without paint. Portions are in shades of light and dark green. Its back is against an exterior wall of a building, and a chain securing it to the building is around its neck.
