Description:
Eleanor Roosevelt sits in the middle, with the archangle Gabriel and Louis Armstrong standing on either side. Both of the men play horns in Roosevelt's honor while she waves her arms between them. As wind moves the propeller Gabriel flaps his wings, taps his foot, and moves his arms, horn, and head, while Armstrong rocks back and forth.
