Description:
A small eagle, wings outstretched, perched on a ball atop a sign-like base. The base, a panel with curved upper and lower edges, is supported by two flanking fluted posts, topped with flames. At the top of base's central panel, above the main inscription, is the New Hampshire state seal. The flames, eagle, state seal, and some upper mouldings are painted silver. The rest of the base is painted black.
