    Remarks: 
    John C. Acciavatti of The South Street Development Company commissioned the artist to work with the building's architect, Lawrence Polillo Associates to create an overall design for the facade of the parking garage. Steven Cohen Associates helped with the installation. The project was initiated by the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Philadelphia and the Percent for Art Program. IAS files contain an excerpt from Penny Balkin Bach's "Public Art in Philadelphia," Philadelphia: Temple University Press, 1992, pg. 254; an article from the Philadelphia Inquirer, April 26, 1987; and a press release from Oscarsson Siegeltuch & Company's Gallery of Modern and Contemporary Art, New York, New York.
