Description:
A fountain sculpture consisting of three large pieces, rosy-beige in color, made to look like rock outcroppings. Water cascades down the sides of the rocks into pools below. The rocks have steps in them, inviting the public to climb on the sculpture. Built in lights reflect down into the pools.

Remarks:
Skyline Park consists of three plazas, each containing fountains and sculpture. Skyline Park was designed by Halprin & Associates, as part of a larger 27 block urban renewal plan (Skyline Denver), a federally-assisted program administered by Denver Urban Renewal Authority (DURA). Skyline Park was completed in late 1974 and won an outstanding merit award presented by the American Association of Nurserymen.
Nearby plaque reads: "SKYLINE PARK/IN 1967 THE CITIZENS OF DENVER VOTED TO RENEW A BLIGHTED AREA/OF THE CITY. THE RECONSTRUCTION BECAME KNOWN AS THE SKYLINE/URBAN RENEWAL PROJECT, WHICH WAS PLANNED AND UNDERTAKEN BY THE/DENVER URBAN RENEWAL AUTHORITY IN COOPERATION WITH THE CITY AND/COUNTY OF DENVER AND THE UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING/AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT./THE VISUAL CENTER OF THE SKYLINE PROJECT IS THIS PUBLIC PARK/DESIGNED BY LAWRENCE HALPRIN AND ASSOCIATES. IT WAS COMPLETED/AND DEDICATED TO THE CITIZENS OF DENVER BY DURA IN 1973. THIS/PARK WAS CREATED AS A PLACE WHERE PEOPLE MAY PAUSE A WHILE TO/ENJOY ITS BEAUTY AND TO BE THEMSELVES RENEWED."
