Description:
Figures and reliefs on the facade of a church featuring Spanish Revival architecture. At the apex of the facade, above a large center window, a full-length figure of St. Joseph holds the baby Jesus in his proper left hand and a staff in his proper right hand. On either side of St. Joseph are two of the four figures of the evangelists Matthew, Mark, Luke and John. A relief of the coat of arms of Archbishop Shaw is above each of two smaller windows on either side of the center window. Below the center window and directly above the center doorway are reliefs of the ecce homo (head of Christ) and two praying angels, one on either side of the ecce homo. A relief of a lamb and another of a pelican are located above respective doorways on either side of the center doorway.
