    Description: 
    A semi-nude young man is seated on a rock gently admonishing a swan. The figure has short curly hair and a robe draped across his lap. He rests his proper left hand on the swan's back and holds up a scolding proper right index finger. The swan looks directly at the figure.

    Remarks: 
    The sculpture was originally part of a fountain exhibited at the 1934 Chicago World's Fair. It was purchased by John Brooks Walton of Tulsa who had found the piece in a Charleston, South Carolina warehouse. It was donated and installed in its present site in 1995.
