    Description: 
    A standing Civil War soldier is mounted atop a tall, four-sided column set upon a squarish, tiered base. The sculpture rests on a stone foundation surrounded by a new block wall. Cannons mounted on brick bases flank the sculpture at each corner. Low shrubs are planted around the base.
