Description:
A folk art installation created with hundreds of toilet seats painted with abstract figures and lettered with whimsical social messages. Many of the figures are painted with two horns. The toilet seats are hung on 200 feet of fences and garage. Interspersed with the toilet seats are boards brightly painted with human and animal figures. At three or four locations the toilet seats are mixed with other media such as stuffed animals and religious icons to create a collage effect.

John Kostopoulos, "King of the Toilet Seat Arts," has been creating his sculptures since 1942 when he painted his first toilet seat depicting Adolph Hitler.
