    Description: 
    Two tile murals mounted on the front side of a building. The larger mural is mounted high on the building and depicts 15 dogs of various breeds running, jumping, sitting and standing. The smaller mural is mounted below and to the right of the larger, and depicts one dog, lying on its side. The dogs are painted on white ceramic tiles in colors of black, brown, beige and gold.

    Remarks: 
    Murals were originally hung higher and to the right of where now installed. Date of this relocation is unknown. Joan Weissman made some of the replacement tiles used to repair the mural in 1986. Murals were funded by the city's Percent for Arts Program. IAS files contain copies of agreements and correspondence related to the commissioning and repair of the murals.
