Four bears on and around a central rectangular shaft. One bear climbs over the shaft which represents a running stream with fish. Another bear sits in front of the shaft with a fish in its mouth. Two cubs play; one climbs up the back of the shaft and the other on a small box nearby.

The work is sited outside the Manufactures Life Insurance Company. IAS files contain an inventory form from the Los Angeles Community Redevelopment Agency and a photocopied picture and citation from Downtown News, June 22, 1982. SOS! report list media as painted fiberglass, but CRA inventory form and Art Investments publication lists media as bronze.
