Description:
Eight stainless steel hollow tubes are mounted in a circle in a fountain basin. Water from the fountain spray collects in the open ended tubes. When the tubes are weighted with water they tip down, allowing the water to flow out. When emptied the tubes tip up again and refill with water. The fountain basin is on two levels, the tubes are installed on the top level. The upper level stair-steps down to a collecting pool. The basin is concrete and tile.
