(Lower plaque on front of pedestal:) ALL-TIME LEADING JOCKEY/AT SANTA ANITA PARK/DEDICATED APRIL 4, 1992 signed Description:  A bust of jockey Laffit Pincay, Jr., seen from the mid-chest. He wears racing silks, bow tie, and a leather helmet with goggles over the bill and lacing on the center back. The strap of the helmet is undone and hangs down on the proper right. The bust is mounted upon a rectangular, tiered pedestal, beside busts of John Longden and William Shoemaker.
