Description:
Two small children, a boy and taller girl. They are standing with their backs to each other, with their proper left hands clasped behind them. Their proper right arms are raised skyward, releasing doves. The sculpture is placed in the center of a plaza with water spraying from the ground over the base. A stainless steel structure looms above seven empty chairs, one for each Russellville resident killed in an airline crash in Little Rock. The east end of the plaza is built of brick and features plantings.
