Dedicated 1910. Medium:  Sculpture: Tennessee marble. Dimensions:  Heroic. Description:  Seated female figure wearing a crown of foliage in her hair. She holds a sword in her proper right hand. The sword is positioned vertically with the point toward the ground. A book rests vertically on her proper left side and her outstretched left arm rests on top of the book. The estimated cost for the sculpture was 4,000 dollars.
